STK 2964 1947 Ford Super Deluxe
This handsome 1947 Ford Sedan, said to be an original NC car, was the beneficiary of a professional restoration in 2015. The beautiful Deltron 2000 Sky Blue Metallic 2-stage finish is accented by a split windshield and outstanding chrome. The body was slightly lowered with a little 'rake'. A stunning gray cloth interior is well designed with comfortable bucket seats, seat belts, custom carpeting, tinted glass and a tilt custom wheel. The stunning dash incorporates a Rainbow Products A/C system, full compliment of analog gauges and a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo system. A detailed engine compartment houses the rebuilt Ford 5.0L fuel injected engine donated by a '94 F150 that runs well on 93 octane. It is backed by the F150's AOD automatic and an aluminum driveshaft transfers torque to a 9" Ford differential with street gearing. A stainless exhaust system is fitted with aluminum mufflers and all electrics have been upgraded to a 12V alternator configuration w/ EZ Wiring Harness. The clean chassis is fitted with a Fatman Mustang II rack and pinion power steering setup and 11" disc/drum brakes w/power assist and dual master. The rear suspension setup is from Pete and Jake's and a custom aluminum gas tank was fabricated. Period correct American Racing alloys mount Hankook radials. (The owner has furnished documentation of features and work recently performed.) This classic Ford Deluxe Coupe street rod is ready for your next cruise-in. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
