CABART OBOE, BEAUTIFUL PRE-LOREE INSTRUMENT

Description

This oboe has a F resonance key, it does not have a left left hand F key  or a third octave key.  The price reflects the oboe's lack of these modern keys.  It has been repadded mostly with cork pads. Some skin pads were used. The keys are pretty tight like the oboe has not been played much during it's life.  It is impossible to tell just how old this oboe is other than it was made before Loree bought Cabart. Cabart did not record the oboe serial numbers. Both joints have a serial number of UU132. The bell does not have a serial number.  The oboe case and cover is new.   There are no cracks chips on the oboe.  The top joint holds a good vacuum.
