Features
-The pressure of compressed air can be converted into mechanical energy, the drive mechanism for linear reciprocating motion, swing and rotary motion.
-Cylinders are cylindrical metal parts that guide the piston to reciprocate in the cylinder.
-The working fluid in the engine cylinder through the expansion of thermal energy into mechanical energy; gas in the compressor cylinder to accept the piston compression and increase the pressure.
Installation
-Before the installation of the cylinder, the test should be carried out and tested at 1.5 times the maximum working pressure, the operation is normal and no leakage after the phenomenon can be used.
-Cylinder access to the pipeline, you must clear the stolen goods within the pipeline to prevent debris into the cylinder.
-When the load is changed during the travel, the cylinder with sufficient output force should be used and the cushioning device should be added.
-Buffer cylinder before the start of the operation, the first throttle valve throttle twist in the smaller position, and then gradually open until the transfer to no, satisfactory buffer effect.
-Do not use full stroke, especially when the piston rod is extended, use the piston rod to touch the cylinder head. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the load of the piston rod and the external connection to be concentrated.
Cylinder installation should be based on the installation location, the use of factors such as the decision. Under normal circumstances, the use of fixed cylinder. In the need for continuous rotation with the working mechanism (such as lathes, grinders, etc.), should use rotary cylinder. When you have special requirements, you should select the appropriate special cylinder.
