Werniche German flirty eye doll celluloid or hard plastic 1940-50s orig outfit

Description

This doll is 15 inches tall either celluloid or early type of hard plastic. She is marked Germany on her body and Werniche 131/40 on back of head.
She has plastic or celluloid flirty eyes with real hair lashes and real human hair wig. Her outfit is original (linen with calico trim) including her thin oilcloth shoes and socks (hair tie is replaced)
She is cute and quite rare to find.  I don't see any cracks or chips, just a few missing lashes on the corner edge of eye and lots of scraping/ rubbing paint off in around the jointings, small rub on nose, cryer on back is non working.
